The Person Behind the Work

I’m Arian — a developer who likes turning ideas into working products.

I started by building websites and gradually moved deeper into ecommerce, software, SEO, automation, and digital product development.

Today, my work sits between development, design, and business. I enjoy taking an idea or a problem, figuring out how the pieces should work together, and turning it into something people can actually use.

I care about clean interfaces, useful functionality, maintainable systems, and building things that can keep improving after launch.

Work

Selected Work

A few projects that represent how I think, build, and solve problems.

From education platforms and ecommerce systems to digital products and software — each project starts with a different problem and requires a different solution.

How I Work

Four things that hold true on every project.

  • 01
    REAL PROJECTS

Built around actual business and product requirements.

  • 02
    FULL-STACK THINKING

From interface to backend, integrations, and deployment.

  • 03
    CONTINUOUS LEARNING

    Always experimenting, testing, and improving.

  • 04
    DIRECT OWNERSHIP

I stay close to the work instead of hiding behind layers of process.

Engineering

Built from the interface to the system behind it.

I enjoy working across the different layers of a digital product — from the interface people interact with to the logic, data, integrations, and infrastructure supporting it.

  • 01

    Interface

Clear, responsive interfaces designed around actual users.

  • 02

    Functionality

Features and workflows built around what the product needs to do.

  • 03

    Systems

Backend logic, data, APIs, integrations, and admin experiences.

  • 04

    Deployment

Production setup, performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Design

Design should make the product easier to use.

I’m interested in the space between design and development — the best interfaces are not only visually strong, they make the underlying product easier to understand.

  • 01

    Structure

Clear hierarchy and useful information architecture.

  • 02

    Experience

Simple flows with less unnecessary friction.

  • 03

    Details

Responsive behavior, interaction, spacing, typography, and the small things that make an interface feel complete.

Systems

Digital Systems & Automation

The visible website is only part of the product — behind it there may be a dashboard, database, payment flow, admin system, API, automation, or internal workflow. I like working on those parts too.

  • 01

    Dashboards & admin

The internal screens that make a product operable day to day.

  • 02

    APIs & integrations

Payments, messaging, third-party services, and the systems they connect to.

  • 03

    Automation

The repetitive work that does not need a person doing it every time.

Approach

I care about what happens after launch.

A project is not finished because the page looks good — it needs to work on real devices, handle real users, connect to the right systems, and remain useful as the business grows.

My approach is simple:

  • 01

    Understand the problem.

  • 02

    Build what is actually needed.

  • 03

    Test it properly.

  • 04

    Launch it.

  • 05

    Improve it.

Projects

Built Through Real Projects

Most of what I know comes from building — each project brings a different set of technical, design, business, and practical problems, and each one shapes how I approach the next.

Currently

Still learning. Still building.

Technology changes quickly, and I don’t want my work to stay in one place — I’m continuing to explore software development, digital products, automation, AI, better interfaces, and new ways of solving practical problems with technology.

Always something new to build.

Start a Project

Let’s build something useful.

Have a new project in mind, an existing website that needs improvement, or a business process that could be made simpler? Tell me what you’re working on — I’ll take a look at the problem and figure out the best way forward.
