Who I am

I am Arian Ohi, a web developer and digital product builder. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit this site or get in touch through it.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you submit the contact form I receive the name, email address, project and message you enter. I use it to reply to you and nothing else.

Technical information. My hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent and the pages requested, for security and operational purposes.

How I use it

I use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. I do not sell personal information, and I do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies you encounter come from the site's own hosting and are limited to what is needed to serve pages securely.

Sharing

I share information only with the service providers that make the site and email work, and only to the extent needed. I may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for my own records, then deleted. Server logs are rotated and discarded on the hosting provider's own schedule.

Your rights

You may ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form on the main site and I will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
