Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site

This site describes my work and the services I offer. It is provided for information only and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Engagements

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, schedule, fees and deliverables. Nothing on this site forms part of that agreement unless it is expressly incorporated into it.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment milestones and expenses are set out in the relevant engagement agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within thirty days.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, marks, code and images — belongs to Arian Ohi or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.

Ownership of work produced for a client is dealt with in the engagement agreement, and generally transfers to the client on final payment.

Confidentiality

I treat material you share with me as confidential and expect the same in return. I will not publicise a client engagement without permission.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided as is. I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, I exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and my total liability is limited to the fees paid to me in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement under the terms set out in the engagement agreement. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

I may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your visit is the version that applies.
